Terms and conditions We deliver flowers and other products to any address in city of Krakow. By "city of Krakow" we mean whole area of Krakow indicated in official administrative city borders. We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times and also we guarantee your complete satisfaction. We want our customers to use our service online safely and comfortably. By accessing and placing your order on this website you agree with its terms and conditions.
Orders
All products images are shown with their name and price. Prices shown below product images include our shipping and service fees. Most products have 2 or 3 different price points; many products are available in small, medium and big sizes that you can upgrade to. Once you go through ordering and payment processes you will receive your order number at once. Also we will send you an order and payment confirmation e-mail after getting your order.
You may also place your order by phone or mail.
In the case that we are not able to deliver flowers or any product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall return your payment in full to your account no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. If your product was paid by cash we will return full payment by money transfer to account indicated by client.
You also may order bouquet or arrangement designed individually by you. In that case please contact us by mail sending us all depiction or image of what you want to be delivered. All moral rights of Floristica Florist Shop and its employees are reserved. Floristica Florist Shop reserves the right to cancel orders including any illegal, defamatory or obscene content. Floristica Florist Shop reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. Floristica Florist Shop also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate.
Delivery
Please note that we are not responsible for late delivery or failed delivery if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual received refuses or fails to return item. Also mistakes in your submitted personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number, email address so that we can contact you in the case of any delivery problems.
We deliver flowers only after payment confirmation by our system online or email with payment confirmation attached info@floristica.pl. In case of any problem please contact us by mail or phone +48 12 429-16-10 We never can guarantee exact delivery time although we really try our best. It really depends on the place and time where you would like flowers to be delivered. In case of funerals or weddings or other special events where flowers must be delivered on time please contact us by mail or phone.
We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays although you should place the order for theses days on Friday till 4 pm the latest.
We deliver within 24 hours since payment is placed in hours: 8.00-21.30
The delivery cost depends on the value of the order and is as follows:
- order to 150 zł - delivery cost 40,00 zł
- order to 250 zł - delivery cost 35,00 zł
- order from 251 zł - delivery cost 0,00 zł

Replacement product policy
The images on our website are meant to support the presentation. Always, if possible, we deliver our bouquets identically to these presented on images. If some flowers or products are not available on the day of delivery, Floristica Florist Shop can change them with some similar ones but within the original value of your order and of course at the same standards without contacting the client. If situation requires any serious change we will contact client immediately for her/his acceptance.

We deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, individually investigated and replied to. If mistake is on our site we will present to our clients few ways of indemnity. However, due to the fact that our products consist of fresh and natural flowers and seasonal flowers - we do not expect to withdraw from the contract.
Complaints
All complaints regarding the functioning of the FLORISTICA online store, including matters related to services provided electronically and placed orders - can be sent by e-mail to complaints@floristica.pl. Complaints may also be submitted in writing to the address of the Seller's registered office - 31-009 Kraków, ul. Szewska 16. When submitting a complaint, it is advisable for the customer to describe the defect and specify his / her request. When submitting a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be presented in the FLORISTICA online store (e.g. account statement, card confirmation, receipt or invoice).
The customer who exercises the warranty rights is obliged to deliver the defective item to the address of the Seller's registered office or address indicated in the e-mail correspondence. It is recommended to place the order number on the package containing the goods in question.
If, due to the type of item or the way it was installed, delivery of the item by the Customer would be excessively difficult, the Customer is obliged to make the item available to the Seller at the place where the item is located.
If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, the Seller shall promptly ask the Customer to complete it in the indicated scope. Along with such a notification, the Customer will be sent information on how to fill the gaps in the complaint.
Complaints under the warranty are considered within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Seller's statement containing the Buyer's requests. The above deadline does not apply to complaints in relation to which the Customer wants to withdraw from the contract. The Customer will be notified by the Seller about the result of considering the complaint by e-mail or in writing, depending on how the complaint is lodged.
Privacy policy and data protection
All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection and Polish law.
We have structured our website so that you can visit without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. We will use the information we collect about you lawfully and to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
If you use our service online or if you contact us by mail or phone with an enquiry we will collect personal information such as your name, contact details, phone number, e-mail address and address and only use them to respond to your enquiry.
Additional matters
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of Poland and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland.
